This is an aged grappa from Italian producer, Nonino. For this particular expression, the distillers used pomace exclusively the Prosecco grape and aged the spirit in barriques for at least a year before bottling at 41% ABV. Soft, nutty notes come through clearly, followed by orchard fruit and dark chocolate.
