Nose: Apple turnover, tropical fruit, a smidge of floral honey and rose petal jam.

Palate: Redcurrant, sultana, toasted sugar, heather honey, nutmeg, crushed peppercorns.

Finish: Lingering hints of melted butter and raspberries.
